I’m working with a leading top-tier Australian firm looking to add an Associate or Senior Associate to its highly regarded Investment Funds team.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a genuine specialism in funds, without narrowing their practice too early.

The work

You’ll advise leading Australian and international fund sponsors, institutional investors and sovereign investors across private equity, infrastructure, renewable energy, real estate and private credit.

Your matters will span:

- Fund formation and investments
- Co-investments and secondary transactions
- Associated regulatory and financial services work

Who they’re looking for

There is flexibility from Associate through to Senior Associate .

Funds, superannuation or financial services experience would be ideal, although corporate/M&A; lawyers with meaningful funds exposure will also be considered.

Australian lawyers currently overseas and considering a move home are also encouraged to get in touch.
