eHealth NSW, the digital centre of excellence for NSW Health, seeks a Manager to lead the EDWARD Support team within Data Analytics Services. You will oversee Level 2 operational support for the NSW Health’s EDWARD data warehouse, guiding incident, problem, change and release management to ensure reliability and performance.

You will work with stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to align services with business needs, driving continuous improvement and service readiness for current solutions.
