The Role:

You'll own expansion and transactional revenue across roughly 1,500 existing Smokeball firms. That means finding and closing opportunities in tier upgrades, extra user licences, add-on products and partner services. You'll be a trusted advisor to firm decision-makers and help them see Smokeball as a long-term partner in their growth, not just a software vendor.

What you'll do

- Own expansion revenue targets across a portfolio of about 1,500 firms, and build and manage a healthy growth pipeline
- Run proactive outbound campaigns to uncover unmet needs, then close opportunities in add-ons, tier upgrades, additional licences and expansion services
- Drive adoption of our partner ecosystem, including InfoTrack, SB Payments, FileRepublic and VXT, to grow transactional and usage-based revenue
- Show firms how add-ons like Archie AI and FamilyProperty improve their efficiency and client outcomes
- Lead data-driven growth reviews with clients, focused on the value they're getting, their operational maturity and where they can go next
- Work closely with Client Success Managers and the wider Revenue team to spot expansion signals and commercial risk early
- Keep forecasting and pipeline accurate in Salesforce,



and analyse account trends and adoption patterns at scale
- Hit or beat your targets for expansion revenue, transactional revenue, net revenue retention and product adoption

What You'll Bring:

- A proven record in account growth, expansion or client success in SaaS
- Experience managing a large portfolio and building commercial motions that scale
- Consistent results against revenue and NRR targets
- Strong commercial skills: expansion selling, negotiation and positioning solutions around value
- Disciplined about pipeline and forecasting, and comfortable using data to find opportunity
- Confident using Salesforce and client success tools such as ChurnZero
- An understanding of how law firms work and what drives their growth
- Legal tech or workflow software experience is highly regarded
