We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our client in Dandenong South.

This role is responsible for managing client relationships, responding to enquiries, coordinating customer requirements and working closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day client enquiries and requests.
- Coordinate customer requirements and ensure commitments are delivered within agreed timeframes.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to clients and management.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and identify solutions.
- Support projects, client transitions and training as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance customer service.




- Provide general support to the wider team when required.

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Experienced in customer service, client services or a similar role.
