As a Clinical Facilitator, you'll help build a confident, capable nursing workforce that delivers safe, high-quality care for patients across the Emergency Department. From supporting clinical learning to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you'll work closely with leaders and frontline teams to make a meaningful difference every day.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

- Empowering nurses and students to build clinical capability through coaching, mentoring and practical learning opportunities.
- Strengthening patient outcomes by supporting evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making and competency development.
- Partnering with multidisciplinary teams to identify learning needs and implement solutions that enhance quality and safety.
- Driving continuous improvement through education initiatives, feedback, audits and practice development activities.

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise with the ability to coach, assess and develop nursing staff.
- Solid communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety and evidence-based practice.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in clinical education or a relevant specialty area and/or experience in clinical facilitation,
