About the role

As the Clinic Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic. At Angel Aesthetics Clinic we are a premier destination for advanced cosmetic procedures and treatments that enhance natural beauty and boost self-confidence. Our state-of-the-art clinics are staffed by a team of experienced medical professionals dedicated to delivering optimal results and personalised care to our valued clients.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting and assisting clients in a warm and skilled manner
- Making strong connections with clients to ensure their experience is personable
- Managing appointment scheduling and ensuring optimal utilisation of clinic resources
- Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information to clients
- Managing patient records, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring accurate data entry
- Coordinating with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Assisting with billing and payment processing, and maintaining financial records
- Collaborating with marketing and social media teams to promote clinic services
- Maintaining a clean and organised clinic
- Stock taking and coordinating staff sick leave and leave requests

About you

- Previous experience in a similar coordinator role, preferably in a medical or cosmetic setting




- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to go the extra mile
- Knowledge of cosmetic procedures and terminology is a plus
