I’m currently working with a highly regarded boutique project management consultancy in Sydney that is looking to strengthen its team with two key hires:

- Project Manager - Commercial Fitout

- Senior Project Manager - Residential

This is a great opportunity for experienced construction professionals who want to work within a smaller, highly capable consultancy while being trusted to take genuine ownership of projects and client relationships.

Project Manager, Commercial Fitout The successful candidate will join the commercial team and take responsibility for delivering a range of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects, typically ranging from approximately $500k to $20m.

You’ll work closely with blue-chip clients, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders across the full project lifecycle, from early design and procurement through to construction and handover.

I’m particularly interested in speaking with Project Managers who have a strong background in commercial fitout, refurbishment or workplace projects, and who are comfortable operating autonomously while maintaining a high level of client engagement.

They are also looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take a lead role across a diverse portfolio of residential projects. Their current portfolio includes projects in the in the region of $100m+.

The consultancy’s residential experience spans luxury residential, multi-residential and build-to-rent projects, from boutique high-end developments through to larger-scale projects.

This position would suit a Senior PM who is comfortable taking ownership from project inception through to delivery, managing consultants and contractors, overseeing programme, cost and quality, and acting as a trusted advisor to the client.

They work with some of Australia’s leading property owners, developers and blue-chip organisations and have been involved in the delivery of significant projects across Sydney and NSW. Their portfolio includes major commercial assets, premium workplace environments, residential developments and award-winning fitouts.
