What You'll Do

- Design, solve, and review advanced environmental science problems with real-world relevance and scientific rigor
- Apply your expertise in climate modeling, ecology, sustainability, or related disciplines to challenge and improve AI reasoning
- Develop complex, nuanced problem statements that push AI systems to think more accurately about the natural world
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts across leading research labs
- Ensure scientific accuracy, depth, and clarity in every deliverable
- Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

- Hold a Master's or PhD in Environmental Science,



Climate Science, Ecology, or a closely related field
- Experienced with Python or R for research, data analysis, or modeling
- Deep subject matter expertise in climate modeling, ecology, or sustainability science
- Exceptionally strong written communicator — you can translate complex science into clear, rigorous prose
- Detail-oriented and methodical, with a solid commitment to accuracy and quality
- Fluent in English and based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand

Nice to Have

- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Background in scientific writing, peer review, or academic publishing
- Experience working across interdisciplinary teams or collaborative research environments
- Familiarity with AI tools or machine learning concepts
