We are seeking an experienced Dermal Clinician and Clinic Manager to join our Skin Clinic in Moonee Ponds.

The right candidate will divide their time between hands on client treatments, reception and administrative duties, and leading the growth and development of the clinic and team.

Global Skin Clinics is an Australian boutique skin clinic group with clinics across Victoria and Sydney. We provide non surgical procedures using advanced technology and cutting edge treatments, with a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients.

We love people who love what they do! We are looking for a passionate and professional Clinic Manager / Dermal Clinician who can lead our Moonee Ponds clinic while remaining hands on with clients.

The right candidate will possess:

- A proven track record of building high performing teams, increasing sales and improving team productivity
- Excellent leadership, collaboration and team motivation skills, with the ability to lead by example
- At least 3 years of industry experience
- Previous managerial experience
- Experience with advanced dermal and laser technology
- Ability to manage local marketing initiatives
- Experience hiring, onboarding, mentoring and training clinicians, giving them the skills and confidence to succeed
- Qualification as a Dermal Clinician or Dermal Therapist
- A positive attitude and friendly, bubbly personality who is a well liked team player.
- The ability and confidence to work with advanced technology
- A strong understanding of targets and KPIs, with the ability to take ownership of clinic P&L;
- Pride in their work and a strong drive to succeed
- Confidence in sales and promotions
- Strong customer service and communication skills

Skills & Experience

This is NOT an entry level position and is suited to someone with demonstrated experience in the skin and laser industry.

- Australian working rights
- Bachelor or Associate Diploma of Dermal Sciences or currently close to completing the degree, or
- Diploma qualification with at least 3 years of clinical experience, including laser skin treatments
- In depth knowledge of skin anatomy and skin analysis, with the ability to confidently perform skin assessment consultations and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Experience with Cutera Xcel V+, Alma Accent Prime and Alma Soprano is an advantage
- Proven experience driving sales and clinic growth
