What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing clinical care within aged care (CCC, NUM, CCM, or AHS)
- Confidence to step into a broader leadership role
- A hands-on approach to mentoring and developing teams
- Proven ability to drive quality and compliance outcomes
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
- High-level organizational capability and adaptability
- Current AHPRA Registration
