About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Part Time Clinical Educator & Staff Support to join our growing Head Office team.

Working across our 12 locations, as well as the Myskin Training Centre in Malvern you will play a key role in ensuring our therapists feel supported, confident and equipped to deliver exceptional treatments and client experiences after providing the training.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing ongoing clinical education, training and support to our therapists both new & existing across all MySkin Clinics
- Conducting practical and theoretical training on treatments, technology, products and skin concerns
- Supporting new team members through onboarding, training and development
- Mentoring therapists and helping them build confidence in their clinical and consultation skills
- Conducting clinic visits to provide hands-on support, coaching and feedback
- Identifying training opportunities and areas where additional staff support is required
- Supporting therapists with treatment protocols,



consultation techniques and treatment planning
- Assisting with the implementation of new treatments, products, technology and company initiatives
- Ensuring treatment protocols, procedures and clinical standards are consistently followed
- Working alongside Clinic Managers to identify individual staff development needs
- Working closely with Head Office and Management to maintain consistency across all clinics

About You We are looking for someone who holds a Cert 4 in Training & Assessment and is:

- Experienced within the skin, beauty or aesthetics industry
- Confident and highly knowledgeable across advanced skin treatments and/or laser
- Passionate about education, mentoring and developing others
- A confident communicator who can connect with people at all levels
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable travelling between our Melbourne clinics and hold a valid Drivers License.
