Primary Objective: Applies advanced nursing/midwifery knowledge, skills, attributes and abilities within a specified area of clinical practice in therapeutic and qualified relationships with individuals, as well as with families, groups and communities. This nursing role plays a pivotal part in the development of ASH ED junior staff by providing mentorship and guidance, fostering a supportive learning environment. ED Clinical nurse specialists engage in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient care and safety, while assisting the nurse educator in the delivery of educational programs.
