? What You’ll Do

- Customer Support & Solutions: Manage inbound and outbound calls/emails to assess customer finances and negotiate realistic, supportive repayment plans.
- Portfolio Management:



Keep arrears and losses low by managing delinquent and written-off accounts.
- Hardship & Recovery: Identify financial hardship cases early, conduct skip tracing, and oversee recovery or enforcement actions when necessary.
- Regulatory Compliance: Perform all duties in strict alignment with industry regulations and service standards.

?️ What You Bring

- Experience: 3+ years in collections (secured or unsecured lending).
- Industry Know-How: Solid understanding of AU collections regulations (NCCP, Privacy Act, Debt Guidelines).
- Core Skills: Strong negotiation, sharp analytical problem-solving, and a customer-first communication style.
- Mindset: Target-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and with a team-oriented team.
