Position Summary The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of secure, high-quality, and person-centred clinical services. This role provides leadership to clinical teams, ensures compliance with relevant legislation and standards, and drives continuous improvement across service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support clinical teams to deliver quality care and positive client outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance, regulatory, accreditation, and organisational requirements.
- Monitor clinical performance, incidents, risks, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Oversee workforce planning, staff development, and performance management.
- Maintain effective relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
- Support operational efficiency, resource management, and service growth.
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation, reporting, and record management.

Essential Requirements





- Relevant qualification in Nursing, Allied Health, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a clinical leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality assurance, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Current professional registration (where applicable).

Reporting To Chief Executive Officer and Director.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
