About the role

EVEDA requires a Clinical Registered Nurse who can operate across clinical testing, chronic disease, customer experience, clinical governance, research translation, staff training and the workforce scale. They must be capable of working independently and converting professional knowledge into systems that remain with EVEDA.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver onsite health assessments at client workplaces including history, consent, vital signs, point-of-care and dry-chemistry panels (no venepuncture), urinalysis, body composition, 12-lead ECG acquisition and spirometry within your training, competence and EVEDA's approved protocols
- Own the quality of the end-to-end clinical customer experience and continually improve how a participant moves from booking through testing, Capillary blood draw, Point of Care Testing, results, education, escalation, referral and follow-up
- Be clinically across the tests and parameters EVEDA uses, including what normal, at risk, abnormal and urgent results mean in the context of the approved service model and device/reference information
- Translate chronic disease knowledge into usable pathways, clinical logic, education, follow-up and referral steps that can be embedded into platforms and programs
- Establish and maintain a practical clinical governance system that supports safe scale without making the business dependent on one individual
- Use research expertise to maintain an evidence register and turn recent evidence into a product, care model and customer experience improvements
- Build recruitment, credentialing, induction,



competency assessment and ongoing training, so new clinical staff can be onboarded consistently and quickly
- Provide structured clinical input into EVEDA systems and related platforms, including result presentation, clinical actions, escalation and follow-up, without creating parallel systems outside the approved product architecture
- Support corporate wellness program design and delivery with a consistent clinical and customer-experience standard that can be replicated across client sites
- Follow infection control, device quality and clinical protocol requirements

About you

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Demonstrated competence in spirometry
- Hands on experience with Point of Care testing (capillary blood)
- Knowledge in Clinical chemistry / microfluidic dry chemistry and relevant biomarker panels, Blood gas and associated clinically relevant parameters, Urinalysis and Spirometry
- Accurate documentation and confidence working in digital clinical systems
- Chronic disease knowledge you can turn into education, follow up and referral (desirable)
- Experience contributing to clinical protocols, governance, staff training and competency assessment (desirable)
