We are seeking a second experienced and passionate Clinical Services Manager to join the leadership team at Homestead Estate; our modern aged care residence located on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. This opportunity has been created to support the continued growth of our 264-bed residential aged care home and offers the chance to play a key role in shaping resident outcomes, leading high-performing teams, and driving clinical excellence.

Set in an idyllic location on the Bellarine Peninsula, our aged care residence in Wallington – ‘Homestead Estate’ – is a modern and contemporary residential aged care home. With views to the surrounding countryside, light and airy spaces, raked ceilings and picture-perfect gardens, Homestead Estate proudly offers a comprehensive array of senior care services, catering to the diverse needs of older people seeking quality nursing home and aged care options in the Geelong region.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Clinical Services Manager will work with the existing Clinical Services Manager to provide clinical leadership and operational support across the residence, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing leadership and support to clinical and care teams
- Support admissions as the home continues to commission new and refurbished areas of the home
- Overseeing care planning, assessments, audits, and clinical compliance
- Supporting complex clinical decision-making and case conferences




- Driving continuous improvement and quality initiatives
- Monitoring clinical indicators, incidents, and risk management processes
- Supporting accreditation readiness and compliance with aged care standards
- Coaching and developing nurses and care staff to achieve best practice
- Promoting a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
- Supporting workforce planning, staffing requirements, and capability development
- Championing workplace health and safety across the residence

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Demonstrated experience in clinical care delivery, preferably within aged care
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC, accreditation, and clinical governance
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement

- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum three doses)
- NDIS Clearance Check (including police clearance)
