What you'll do

- Expand configuration management across Windows and Linux environments, replacing manual processes with consistent automation.
- Build, test and implement automation that enables infrastructure to be rebuilt on demand.
- Consolidate infrastructure automation into shared pipelines, engineering standards and Git-based workflows.
- Coach infrastructure teams in automation-first practices and contemporary ways of working.
- Deliver secure, resilient infrastructure services aligned with hybrid cloud, compliance and business requirements.

What you'll bring
- Proven infrastructure engineering experience, including successfully maturing automation-first practices.
- Strong experience with IaC and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef or PowerShell DSC.
- Hands-on capability with Git, CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced PowerShell and/or Python skills, with the ability to produce maintainable, reusable and tested code.
- Proven ability to build platform capability, set standards and bring teams through changes in engineering practice.
