As a NSW Account Manager looking after Southern Western Sydney, you’ll be responsible for;

- Account Management – Retention of existing customer base, providing outstanding customer service, building relationships based on knowledge and trust, and maximising opportunities for business growth.

- Coffee Tech Support - Coordinate coffee equipment tech needs with relevant stakeholders and provide minor equipment servicing yourself.

- Coffee & Barista Skills – educating and carrying out knowledge sharing sessions effectively including training sessions for new and existing accounts as well as ad hoc lessons.

Who are we looking for?

We require an experienced coffee qualified. You might be looking to apply your deep knowledge of specialty coffee to our customers, helping them grow and using that superior knowledge to outcompete.



Or you could be a BDM or account manager looking to marry your specialty coffee knowledge with your interest in sales.

● Management and monitoring of customer equipment

● Host wholesale customer training sessions and troubleshoot customer enquiries

● Coffee training and machine setup

● Grow existing wholesale customers by offering industry expertise

● Generate new wholesale accounts: Cafes, retail, etc.

● Researching prospective accounts in target markets

● Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle

● Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients

● Input with Management team on new merchandise, new content, brew trends and other creative ideas

● Present product and promotional information, workshops and training to customers

● Occasionally represent Schibello Coffee at trade events

● Deliveries

Experience required

- 2.5 years experience in a sales within the coffee industry
- A passion for all things coffee

- Must have experience in the coffee industry - machinery knowledge, Café ops understanding.

- Business acumen

- Full drivers licence
