Role Description The Collision Repair Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Clare, SA. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the collision repair centre, including managing repair workflows, coordinating vehicle assessments, and ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion of jobs.

The Collision Repair

Manager leads and supports technicians and other team members, manages scheduling and resource allocation, and ensures compliance with safety standards and company policies. The role also involves communicating with customers and insurance partners, preparing estimates, monitoring budgets and performance targets, and driving continuous improvement in processes and customer experience.

Qualifications





- Experience in collision repair, panel beating, automotive refinishing, or related workshop operations, with strong technical understanding of repair processes.
- Skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management, with the ability to coach and develop workshop personnel.
- Competence in job scheduling, workflow management, and resource planning to meet quality, safety, and productivity targets.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills for working with customers, suppliers, and insurance partners.
- Ability to interpret repair estimates, manage costs, and monitor key performance indicators to support profitable operations.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and collision management or estimating software is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within an automotive or collision repair centre is highly beneficial.
- Relevant trade qualification or certifications in automotive repair, panel beating, or refinishing preferred.
- Valid driver’s licence and the ability to work on-site full time in Clare, SA.
