About Us

Spec Services is a growing specialist cleaning and services management company delivering high-quality cleaning solutions across commercial, industrial and environmental sites.

We are committed to safety, professionalism and exceptional customer service, and we are currently looking for a reliable Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Maroochydore, Queensland.

Position Details

- Position: Commercial Cleaner
- Employment Type: Casual
- Location: 17 Carnaby St, Maroochydore QLD 4558
- Days: Wednesday & Friday
- Start Time: From 5:30 pm onwards, with versatile start times available
- Hours: 2.5 hours per week – 1hr on Wednesday and 1.5hrs on Friday
- Pay Rate: $37.91 per hour, inclusive of applicable evening/night loading
- Commencement Date: Immediate start – from 2 October 2026
- Work Location: In person

About You We are looking for someone who is:

- Eligible to work in Australia
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Positive, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to follow workplace health, safety and cleaning procedures
- A current Driver’s Licence holder with reliable transport (preferred)




- Previous commercial cleaning experience is an advantage, however full training will be provided
