Key Responsbilities

- Drive business development and commercial sales across WA and SA.
- Identify opportunities across replacement markets and new construction projects.
- Develop and manage relationships with commercial pool builders, councils, aquatic facilities and service companies.
- Build relationships with architects, engineers,



consultants and other key specifiers.
- Provide technical, product and market support to customers.
- Provide in-field sales support across commercial construction projects.
- Work with Project Managers, Engineers, the GM and Sales Team to deliver customer and sales outcomes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM daily.

About You

- Previous experience in business development, commercial sales or sales management
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Results-driven with a proactive “can-do” attitude.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deadlines.
- Solid customer and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Pool, aquatic, construction or related industry experience is highly desirable.
