About the role In the position of Commercial Finance Manager, you will be the principal finance business partner for our Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Development and Supply Chain teams, turning data into the recommendations that drive sales, margins, returns and franchise network health. You'll own the annual budget, rolling forecasts and long-range planning, and evaluate the strategic initiatives that shape where Zambrero goes next.

What You'll Do

- Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast and long-range planning across Support Office and corporate restaurants

- Build driver-based models for sales, restaurant margins, royalties, labour, food costs and capital expenditure

- Lead financial evaluation of limited-time offers, pricing, promotions, menu innovation and new restaurant investment

- Partner with Supply Chain on commodity exposure, supplier pricing and margin protection

- Develop restaurant and franchise partner profitability insights and benchmarking

- Deliver weekly and monthly commercial reporting and dashboards for the CFO, Leadership Team and Board

- Lead, coach and develop two direct reports





- Drive standardisation and automation of planning and reporting, including BI and AI-enabled tools

About you

- 7 years' finance experience, including significant FP&A;, commercial finance or business partnering exposure, with experience leading a small team

- CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification

- Background in multi-site consumer, retail, hospitality, FMCG or franchising; QSR experience strongly preferred

- Strong understanding of restaurant economics, franchise partner profitability, margins, pricing and supply chain cost drivers

- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills, including scenario analysis and investment appraisal

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI platforms; Pronto, Power BI, Snowflake and AI tools well regarded

- Excellent commercial judgement and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for non-financial stakeholders

- Proven people leadership and stakeholder influencing skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
