Commercial Litigation Lawyer | Class Actions | 2 to 4 years PAE | Melbourne An international firm with a significant Melbourne presence is seeking a commercial litigation lawyer to join its disputes team, with a particular focus on class actions and large-scale commercial litigation.

The role

You will work on complex, high-value disputes for major corporate and institutional clients, including shareholder, consumer and product liability class actions. The team runs matters end to end, and lawyers at this level take genuine carriage of evidence preparation, discovery strategy, interlocutory applications and drafting, with direct partner supervision and client contact.

About you

- 2 to 4 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation,



gained at a top-tier or leading mid-tier firm
- Demonstrated exposure to class actions or large-scale, document-heavy disputes
- Excellent academic record
- Strong written advocacy and drafting skills
- Admitted to practice in Victoria, or eligible for admission
