An established North Shore real estate agency is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a commercial portfolio.
Managing approximately 90 properties across a mix of industrial, office and retail assets, this is an opportunity to step into a dedicated full time position with genuine ownership of the portfolio.
The role:Manage approximately 90 commercial properties across a mix of industrial, office and retail assets, with a salary of $130,000 package + superannuation. Previous commercial property management experience is required.
