OCC was founded in 1995 and is a part of the Protech Group, one of Australia’s largest privately owned recruitment and labour hire firms, servicing clients across Mining, Civil, Maintenance and Construction.

We are looking for an Account Manager 360 to work from our Seven Hills office, supporting the foundations and growth of the OCC business in NSW regions. This is a agile role, where no two days are the same and you will be developing meaningful connections with our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
n
- Prepare business proposals and tenders
n
- Take job orders and facilitate recruitment activities to fill them
n
- Performance manage and coach field employees
n
- Facilitate client safety activities
n
- Attend networking events and identify organic sales opportunities
n

Skills and Experience nn
- Prior experience in labour hire recruitment industry, highly regarded
n
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
n
- Strong understanding of industry and sales techniques
n
- Relationship focused with a self-driven solution-oriented mindset
n




- Proven track record of delivering high-quality service to stakeholders
