We are a locally owned boat detailing and maintenance business located in the Port Hacking, specialising in keeping boats looking their best through high quality detailing and ongoing maintenance.

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable and hands on person to join our team.

Working across a range of boats, this is a practical role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail.
What You'll Be Doing n
n
- Detailed wash downs and drying of vessels
n
- Machine cutting and polishing of gelcoat and painted surfaces
n
- Hand waxing
n
- Removing oxidation, mould, dirt and grime
n
- Applying teak treatments
n
- Stainless steel polishing
n
- Cleaning and protecting clears, canvas, vinyl and upholstery
n
- General boat cleaning and maintenance
n
- Deckhand and skipper duties when required
n
About You n
We’re looking for someone who:
n
n
- Has marine/boat detailing experience (preferred but not essential)
n
- Are confident operating polishing and buffing equipment, and power tools
n
- Has a solid eye for detail, takes pride in producing quality work
n
- Is reliable and a team player
n
- Is physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
n
- Can work independently and as part of a team
n
- Is practical, motivated and willing to learn
n
- Is capable of performing efficiently within tight deadlines
n
- Has a genuine interest in boats and the marine industry
n
- Holds a current driver's licence
n
n

You’ll be working in a hands on environment, around boats every day, with a team that takes pride in doing things properly.
