n You must be organised and have excellent communication skills.

You will be an enthusiastic individual with some sales experience who enjoys talking with customers and developing solutions to fit their needs. You'll be hard working, highly motivated and committed with a positive attitude.

- A track record of consistently achieving KPIs and targets

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Exceptional ability to deal with customers in a professional and competent manner (including conflict resolution/negotiation)

- Ability to listen and ask questions effectively to determine customer needs
n
- Ability to participate in setting and achieving team goals and managing your own schedule to support/meet team goals
n
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite
n
- Robust organisational skills to work independently with limited guidance and supervision
n
- Solar and energy sales experience is desirable, but not essential
n
- Previous experience with inbound and outbound sales calls is highly regarded
n
- Experience with Simpro Enterprise preferred but not essential
n
