Hope Physio is an expanding Allied Health service supporting clients across Melbourne. We provide Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Speech Therapy , and we’re looking for a skilled, client‑focused Receptionist to join our team.

About the Role n

As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm, organised, and professional environment. You will manage front‑desk operations, support clinicians, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities n

- Greet clients and manage check‑ins with a friendly, professional manner

- Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and manage appointment bookings
n
- Coordinate clinician schedules and support daily workflow
n
- Process payments, invoices, and Medicare/NDIS‑related administration
n
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
n




- Assist with onboarding new clients and explaining services
n
- Support general administrative tasks and clinic organisation
n
- Promote services and assist with client conversions (sales experience highly regarded)

About You nn
- Experience working in a Medical or Allied Health reception role (essential)
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Ability to manage a busy front desk with professionalism
n
- Experience with appointment systems (e.g., Cliniko, Nookal, Halaxy) preferred
n
- Sales or client‑conversion experience is a strong plus
n
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
