Role Description The Commercial Property Manager is a full time role based in Subiaco. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day management of Large Format Retail and commercial properties, including coordinating maintenance, monitoring building performance, and ensuring compliance with leases and regulatory requirements.

The Commercial Property

Manager will liaise regularly with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to address queries, manage issues, and maintain strong professional relationships.





Responsibilities include lease administration and reporting, assisting with lease negotiations, rent reviews, and renewals, as well as preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and contributing to asset management strategies. The role also includes conducting property inspections, managing contractor performance, and supporting the delivery of high-quality service that aligns with Vend Property’s client-focused culture.

Qualifications

- Strong lease-related capabilities, including Lease Administration and a solid understanding of Leases.
- Experience in Lease Negotiations, rent reviews, and renewals within commercial or retail property.
- Demonstrated Property Management skills, including maintenance coordination, inspections, and compliance oversight.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
- Relevant experience in commercial real estate, ideally within retail or Large Format Retail environments.
- Ability to analyze property performance, prepare budgets, and interpret financial and lease documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency with property management software and standard office applications.
- Formal qualifications in Property, Real Estate, Business, or a related field, and current or eligible real estate registration or license in Western Australia.
