About the role

Coastal Property Agents is seeking a talented and driven Commercial Sales Associate to join the Brandon Johnson team in Broadbeach. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in commercial real estate sales. You will be at the forefront of our commercial property transactions, working with clients to identify, market and sell premium commercial properties across the Gold Coast region.

This role is pivotal to our continued growth and success in the competitive commercial property market.

Key responsibilities

- Source, identify and qualify potential commercial property opportunities for sale and present them to prospective clients
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine appropriate pricing strategies and market positioning for properties
- Prepare and deliver compelling property presentations, marketing materials and proposals to potential buyers and investors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property buyers, sellers, investors and other key stakeholders
- Negotiate sales terms, manage the transaction process and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with valuation specialists, legal teams and other departments to facilitate smooth property transactions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and referrals to expand our commercial property client base
- Stay informed on commercial property market trends, economic indicators and regulatory changes affecting the industry
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and performance metrics

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in commercial property sales / commercial leasing or a related sales role within real estate, demonstrating a solid track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups
- Strong numeracy skills and the ability to analyse financial data,



market reports and investment metrics
- Knowledge of commercial property legislation, regulations and compliance requirements in Queensland
- Professional sales acumen and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to business development and lead generation
- Relevant real estate qualifications or certifications (such as Real Estate Licence or Certificate in Real Estate) or willingness to obtain these
- Proficiency in CRM systems, property portals and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport for client meetings and property viewings
