Location: Perth, WA (workshop + FIFO/DIDO to mine sites in Pilbara, Goldfields and Mid West)

Employment type: Full time, permanent

Roster: 8 days on / 6 off or 2 weeks on / 1 week off (project-dependent, some flexibility required)

About the Role

Due to sustained growth in awarded contracts, we're looking for an experienced A-Grade Electrician to join our installation and commissioning team. You'll install, test and commission pumping and water management systems built in our Perth workshop, with a mix of workshop and mine site work and real opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Factory acceptance testing (FAT) of pump skids, control panels and pumping systems
- Splice and terminate submersible power cables to bore and pump motors
- Assemble and wire control systems, switchboards, VSDs and PLC-based control panels
- Install, test, energise and commission electrical components for dewatering, water transfer, pipeline and re-injection pump systems
- Commission telemetry and remote monitoring/control systems
- Fault-find and rectify electrical issues
- Complete commissioning documentation, test records and compliance certificates
- Respond to client fault call-outs,



with remote troubleshooting where possible
- Follow JSA/SWMS, isolation and LOTO procedures; mentor junior staff where required

Essential Requirements

- Current WA A-Grade Electrical Workers Licence
- Full Australian work rights (citizen or permanent resident). Visa sponsorship is not available.
- Current Driver's Licence and White Card
- National Police Clearance; ability to pass drug & alcohol screening
- Willingness to travel and work flexible rosters, including short-notice site work
- Excellent English communication skills

Highly Regarded

- Experience with VSDs, PLC programming and pump control systems
- Bore pump, dewatering pump and water transfer systems
- Telemetry systems
