At Hilton Garden Inn Albany, we believe in offering our guests a bright and welcoming start to their day. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional breakfast experiences for our guests.
About the Role
As our Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast offerings while maintaining Hilton's food safety and service standards. This role is ideal for an early riser who enjoys working independently and takes pride in creating fresh, delicious meals.
Typical shifts commence in the early morning, including weekends and public holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast buffet and à la carte menu items.
- Ensure food is presented to Hilton brand standards.
- Monitor and replenish buffet items throughout service.
- Maintain a clean,
organised and safe kitchen setting.
- Follow food safety, HACCP and hygiene procedures.
- Assist with stock rotation, ordering and minimising wastage.
- Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams.
- Deliver a consistently positive guest dining experience.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef, Cook or Breakfast Chef in a hotel, restaurant or café environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
- Full Australian working rights.
