Award-winning restaurants, The Beaufort & Lotus in Highgate, are seeking passionate kitchen professionals to join our team. We are currently offering Full time and Casual positions for Commis Chefs and Chef de Partie (CDP) roles across our Wok, Pan, and Fryer sections.

Specialising in both Asian and Western cuisine, we offer a fast-paced and dynamic environment that values consistency, teamwork, and high culinary standards.

What We Offer

- Salary packages ranging from $69,000 to $80,000 + superannuation, depending on experience
- Ongoing training and development opportunities




- Support for candidates requiring JRP or Skills Assessment

About You

- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Experience in Asian or Western cuisine is preferred
- Wok or Pan experience is advantageous but not essential
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and a positive attitude
