We are currently seeking a Communications Officer to join the team for a temporary contract.

Remuneration: ASO3 - Salary Range ($74,095 to $78,694)

About the opportunity The Communications Officer acts as the initial point of contact for CTP Regulator enquiries from a range of stakeholders, including motorists, injured people, CTP insurers, service providers, medical practitioners and legal practitioners.

This temporary role (up to 24 months) is also responsible for monitoring and reporting on media coverage of topical subjects and emerging issues relevant to the CTP Regulator, managing the CTP Regulator LinkedIn account, publishing information on the website and intranet, and assisting with drafting communications.

About you

You have experience providing excellent customer service and are an active listener who understands and responds effectively to customer needs. You will have well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide accurate and effective information to a broad range of customers at all levels.

You have a proven ability to work and communicate positively in a small team environment to deliver on objectives. You bring a kind, supportive and collaborative approach to your work.

You will also have commitment to support and uphold the CTP Regulator core values of: Outcomes Driven, Accountable, Collaborative, Fair and Supportive.

About us The Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Regulator is a statutory authority established as the independent regulator of South Australia's CTP insurance scheme. We are responsible for delivering a fair and competitive CTP Scheme with choice, ease and confidence for the SA community. We have oversight of monitoring and reporting CTP Insurer activities and are responsible for the premium-setting process.

These activities ensure that a fair and affordable Scheme is maintained, improving Scheme performance for motorists and injured people.
