We’re seeking a driven and commercially minded individual to join our agile team as a Conference Producer. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives on content development, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end project ownership.

As a Conference Producer, you'll lead the development of compelling conference programs grounded in robust industry research and stakeholder insight. You’ll take ownership of your events, driving strategy, managing timelines, budgets and ensuring commercial success, while playing a key role in shaping the broader event portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative vision, and is looking to deepen their leadership, content and commercial event experience. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team, with solid opportunities for development and advancement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-value, commercially viable conference agendas informed by in-depth industry research
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities across sectors
- Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Own end-to-end project management of your events from concept to delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales and operations teams
- Write strong, insight-driven marketing and program copy
- Analyse audience and event performance data to inform future strategies
- Represent our brand with confidence in meetings and industry events

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a conference producer
- Exceptional communication, research and writing skills
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines independently
- Confident stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a desire to make an impact
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are preferred
