CatholicCare is seeking compassionate and experienced Community Support Workers to support older people living independently in their own homes across the Central Coast.

With daytime shifts available Monday to Friday, you'll build meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients while enjoying flexible work that fits around your lifestyle.

About the Role

As a Community Support Worker, you'll help older Australians maintain their independence, wellbeing and connection to their community while remaining in the comfort of their own home.

This is a casual position with services currently operating between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

While shifts initially average around 2 hours per client visit, there is strong opportunity for hours to grow as our Home Care program continues to expand across the Central Coast.

What You'll Be Doing





- Personal care and grooming assistance
- Meal preparation and light household tasks
- Social support and companionship
- Transport to appointments and community activities
- Supporting clients to achieve their goals and maintain independence
- Building trusted relationships with clients and their families

About You

You'll bring

- Experience supporting seniors in a Home Care or Community Aged Care setting
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent (highly regarded)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- NSW Driver Licence and Comprehensive insured vehicle
- A genuine passion for supporting older people
- A commitment to person-centred care
