We're on the hunt to find a talented Kitchen Hand/Cook to join our Manly Brew Pub team on a Casual basis.

The Role

Casual hours: 10 hours per week available now, with up to 30 hours available in Summer.

Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.

Quality Control: Monitor the taste, texture, and presentation of dishes

Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control, including ordering and stock rotation.

Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.

Safety and Hygiene: Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.

Dishwashing

You

- Sound knowledge of various cooking and cleaning methods, ingredients, equipment and processes

- Manage time effectively, have an eye for detail and work well independently.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.





- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

- Can-do attitude and positive approach to your work.
