With consistent work and a growing workload, we are seeking a Concrete Boom Pump Operator to join our team in a full-time role.

Experience operating a boom pump is highly regarded — however, we are also willing to train the right candidate who has concreting experience and a strong work ethic.

About the Role

This position involves operating and maintaining a concrete boom pump across a variety of projects including residential builds, commercial works and civil construction.

You will be responsible for:

- Operating a concrete boom pump safely and efficiently
- Conducting pre-start and post-operation checks
- Maintaining the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the truck and pump
- Communicating effectively with site supervisors,



concreters and project teams
- Following all site safety procedures and company policies
- Representing the business professionally on sit

Essential Requirements

- HR Licence
- Construction White Card
- High Risk Boom Pump Operator Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Concreting experience
- Robust understanding of site safety requirements
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
