You will need:
· Vast experience in concrete and concrete finishing
· Min. 4 years Experience leading a crew of Concreters to successfully deliver projects
· Ability to read drawings and clearly convey directions
· Approachable attitude to working positively with BKH team members and our clients
· Strong work ethic
· Positive mindset
· Outstanding communication skills
· Availability 6 days a week
