We are seeking an experienced Construction Labourer with a Hoist Ticket to work on a construction site in Coffs Harbour NSW!

- Full Time Hours
- 3-4 Months Work
- ASAP Start
- Casual Hourly Rate: $37.99

Duties:

- General site cleanup
- Effectively communicate and work safely with others in the work area
- Determine load weights
- Effectively conduct personnel and materials hoist operations to include the tasks of raising and lowering loads with hoist; in conjunction with awareness of the limitations of the hoist according to manufacturer’s specifications
- Ensure hoist controls are attended throughout operation.
- Effectively conduct emergency lowering of the hoist when necessary
- Effectively conduct pre-operational and shut down checks of the personnel and materials hoist (particular awareness of controls,



alarms and lockout devices).
- Comply with Workplace, Health and Safety regulations in regard to operation of hoist, including identifying hazards associated with the operation of the hoist
- Maintain and monitor hoist equipment
- Assist in building and dismantling scaffolding, shoring and other temporary structures

Mandatory Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience
- Hoist Ticket (class HM or HP)

- White Card
- 2 x contactable references
