As our Project Manager - Construction, you'll play a key role in delivering critical fuel infrastructure projects across Australia. From new facilities and major site upgrades to infrastructure expansions, you'll lead projects from concept through to commissioning and handover.

About the role

This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of construction projects across IOR's Ground Fuels Network. You'll manage planning, approvals, procurement, contractor engagement, construction activities, commissioning, and project handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll drive successful project outcomes while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.

- Lead the delivery of fuel facility construction, site upgrades, and infrastructure projects from planning through to commissioning and handover.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, reporting, and change control to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate development applications, building approvals, consultants,



contractors, and regulatory stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee construction activities, conduct site visits, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive project performance and deliver meaningful outcomes.

What you'll bring

You'll bring proven experience managing construction projects from concept through to completion, along with strong commercial awareness and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. You're an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering tangible outcomes. Your ability to manage contractors, navigate approvals processes, and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role.

- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Building, or a related discipline, along with a current Driver's Licence and Construction White Card.
- Demonstrated experience delivering construction projects from planning and approvals through to commissioning and handover.
- Strong knowledge of development approvals, building approvals, construction processes, and relevant Australian standards.
- Proven ability to manage contractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, and project risks while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.




- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills, project management capability, and a willingness to travel as required.
