Contact Centre Representative (Contract)
About the Role
We are seeking customer-focused and resilient Contact Centre Representatives to support a large-scale financial services migration program. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-volume customer support operation, assisting customers through a significant transition period.
Successful candidates will handle inbound customer enquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products,
services, and account enquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters when required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and performance targets.
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when dealing with customer concerns.
- Adhere to all compliance, risk, and privacy requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or related industries.
- Experience handling high-volume inbound call environments.
- Familiarity with customer onboarding, account servicing or financial programs.
