Our clinic in Miranda is looking for enthusiastic Contact Centre Agent to join our team. This is a casual opportunity, offering 8.5 hours shifts based on business requirements. The contact centre operates Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00am – 5:00pm or 8:30 – 5:30pm.

As a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll play an key role in creating a positive patient experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our patients, helping them navigate their appointments with professionalism, empathy and care.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Answering phone calls for bookings across Hamilton region promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
- Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
- Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.
