Content Creator

Bali Body is looking for a creative, social-first Content Creator to join our growing Marketing team at our Melbourne HQ.

Founded in Melbourne in 2014, Bali Body is a global beauty brand specialising in self tan, skincare and suncare. With a community of millions worldwide and products stocked across major global retailers, we’re a fast-moving, digitally led brand with content at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for someone who loves creating content just as much as they love being in it. You’ll be confident both behind and in front of the camera, with a strong eye for beauty, fashion and lifestyle content and an instinct for what captures attention on social.

Your main focus will be creating engaging, high-quality content across all areas of Bali Body’s marketing — from organic social and paid advertising to product launches, campaigns, website, email and retail.

What you’ll be doing:

- Concepting, filming and editing content for TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Youtube and wider marketing channels
- Appearing on camera for product applications, tutorials, trends and talking-to-camera content
- Creating tanning, skincare and suncare content including routines, before and afters, ASMR, lifestyle and product storytelling
- Developing strong hooks,



concepts and creative ideas that showcase our products in fresh and engaging ways
- Taking content from concept through to final delivery, including filming, lighting, styling, editing and sound
- Staying across emerging trends, formats and editing styles
- Creating content for both organic engagement and paid performance
- Working closely with our wider Marketing team across launches, campaigns and always-on activity
- Supporting social posting and publishing when required

About you:

You’re highly creative, proactive and full of ideas, with a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and the wider social landscape. You’re polished and confident on camera and comfortable regularly demonstrating self tan, skincare and suncare products.

You’ll have solid filming and editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to move quickly across multiple briefs.

Previous content creation experience within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or eCommerce is highly regarded.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who wants to make content every day and play an important part in shaping how a global beauty brand shows up across social and digital.
