? We're looking for an experienced Content Creator who is ready for the next step in their career.

The role in one line

You will shadow the founder of a $90M agency as he takes it into the US, Dubai and South Korea, and you will turn that world into short-form content that people actually stop for.

What this is not

Not a videographer role. Not a “come film this event” role.

Nobody hands you a brief. You own the loop end to end: find the moment, shoot it, cut it, post it, read the numbers, adjust, go again. Same day where it matters.

What you’ll actually do

- Be physically next to Andrew for most of the working week. Meetings, calls, flights, thehard conversations, the wins, the mess.
- Spot the moment worth capturing before it happens, and have the camera up when it Does.
- Confident with the following platforms: LinkedIn, Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube shorts.
- Ideate and shoot 4-8 pieces a week minimum. Volume is the point. We are testing angles to find what lands, and you cannot theorise your way to that in a meeting room.
- Edit quick and post. Turnaround measured in hours, not weeks.




- Read the data every week and tell us what it says. Kill what dies, double what moves.
- Build enough trust with Andrew that he says the real thing on camera instead of the safething.

What we need you to be

1. Native to short-form. Chronically online in the best sense. You know every format, every trend, every edit style, and you know which ones are already cooked. You feel a hook working or not working in the first second.
2. Full-stack. Shoot, frame, light it well enough, cut it, caption it, post it. On your own. No crew, no post house, no waiting.
3. Editorially sharp. You can tell the difference between a moment that’s interesting and a moment that’s just filmed. You have opinions. You’ll take a polarising angle on purpose when the safe version would get ignored, and you can defend why.
4. Good with people. This is the one most creators fail. You’ll be in someone’s professional life every day. You need to read a room, know when to push and when to put the camera down, and pull the specific, honest version of a story out of a person who defaults to the general one.
