As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a creative and experienced Content Creator (Marketing) to join our team and develop engaging digital content that builds brand awareness and audience engagement for our clients.

Location: 2 Dalgety St, Oakleigh VIC 3166

Full time: 38 hours per week

Salary: $79,423 per annum plus superannuation

Duties and responsibilities

Developing and implementing digital content and social media strategies to increase client brand awareness, audience engagement and online visibility.

Creating engaging written, photographic, graphic and video content to promote clients’ businesses, products and services across social media, websites and other digital platforms.

Managing, scheduling and publishing marketing content across multiple client social media accounts and digital platforms.

Developing and maintaining content calendars aligned with clients’ marketing objectives, promotional activities,



brand requirements and target audiences.

Maintaining and updating website and digital content to ensure information remains current, engaging and consistent with client branding.

Monitoring and analysing the performance of social media and digital content, including audience engagement and other relevant metrics, and using these insights to improve future content.

Optimising digital content to improve online visibility, searchability and audience reach.

Liaising with clients and the Dalgety Digital team to understand business objectives, target audiences and brand requirements and translate these into effective digital content.

Keeping up to date with social media trends, platform developments and emerging digital technologies and incorporating relevant developments into client content strategies.
