Contract Administrator — Local Government Capital Works | Dunedin / Lower South Island

IPM Engineering Group is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to be named as key personnel on a panel submission to Dunedin City Council, supporting contract administration across DCC's capital works programme.

Engaged on a contract/panel basis, as-required, once the panel is awarded — well suited to an independent contract administrator or consultant looking for additional, adaptable council work.

What you'll bring:

- 5+ years administering NZ construction contracts (NZS3910/3917 or similar), ideally for a council or public-sector client.
- Confident assessing payment claims, variations and EOT claims.
- Meticulous record-keeping and clear written communication.
- Dunedin or lower South Island based is a strong plus for this bid.
