Your Role:

As our Content Creator / Videographer, you’ll be the eyes and storyteller of IdealCorp. You’ll capture our people, projects and capability across every division: geotech drilling, screw pile installs, lab testing, environmental works and our manufacturing factory. Then you’ll turn it all into a steady stream of scroll-stopping content. This is a high-trust role, and you’ll be given plenty of support to succeed, along with the freedom to own it.

Typical responsibilities include

- Filming and editing a high volume of short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) every week
- Shooting on real project sites, in our lab and in our factory, capturing the work as it happens
- Producing longer content like project case studies, explainers, client testimonials and team profiles
- Photographing projects, crews, equipment and events for social, web, tenders and proposals




- Planning and batch-producing content so one site visit becomes a week’s worth of posts
- Staying across trends, formats and algorithm changes on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok
- Working with our Digital Marketing Analyst to see what performs and do more of it
- Keeping an organised media library so the whole team can find and use great assets

You’ll be inducted and supported on site, so no construction background is needed.

About You:

You’re someone who:

- Has a bias for action and a passion for doing things properly
- Has a strong eye for a shot and can edit with good hooks, pacing and captions
- Can produce volume without dropping quality
- Is comfortable in hi-vis, on muddy sites and around heavy machinery
- Communicates with honesty, empathy and purpose, and is happy to put people at ease on camera
- Is humble, reliable, curious, and not afraid to pitch ideas
- Thrives in a culture where people challenge each other with respect, work hard and celebrate wins

Experience is welcome, but attitude is everything. We’ll invest in you if you’re the right cultural fit.

Bonus Points For:

- Skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut, Lightroom or Canva
- Experience creating content for construction, trades, engineering or industrial brands
- A CASA drone licence (RePL) or commercial drone experience
- A construction White Card,



or willingness to get one
- A valid driver’s licence (preferred)
