Contractor Engagement Consultant

Join NES Fircroft in Melbourne as a Contractor Engagement Consultant, supporting our contractor workforce and delivering a high-quality experience throughout the contractor lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who combines relationship management, strong administration and customer service skills with the ability to work confidently in a rapid-paced recruitment environment.

What Youll Be Doing

- Build strong relationships with contractors, acting as a key point of contact and supporting a positive experience throughout their engagement.

- Coordinate contractor onboarding, mobilisation, ongoing engagement and offboarding activities accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain regular contact with contractors to understand their experience, respond to queries and proactively address issues.

- Work closely with recruitment consultants, clients and internal teams to ensure contractor requirements and expectations are effectively managed.

- Support the collection and maintenance of contractor documentation, ensuring required information is complete and up to date.

- Maintain accurate contractor records and ensure information is recorded correctly within relevant systems.

- Respond to contractor queries professionally, coordinating with internal stakeholders to achieve timely resolutions.

- Identify opportunities to enhance contractor processes, communications and the overall contractor experience.
