As a result of a steady pipeline of work, our client, a leading international developer/builder, is seeking an astute CA with at least 3 years experience in multi-residential developments.

Key responsibilities include

- Negotiating with subcontractors to secure favourable terms
- Managing procurement process
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Assessing progress claims and managing subcontractor payments
- Preparing a detailed scope of works
- Managing and administering subcontracts for high-end residential towers, ensuring compliance with the head contract, budget, timelines, and project specifications.
- Liaising with consultants and subcontractors, resolving contract-related issues and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Monitoring project budgets, tracking project costs and preparing progress reports, invoices, and payment certificates to ensure financial control and timely settlements.
- Processing variations and change orders to maintain budget compliance and prevent cost overruns.




- Resolving disputes and ensuring project progress by engaging with stakeholders, leading to on-time and on-budget delivery.

Our ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3 years recent experience in multi-residential apartment projects and a related tertiary qualification in construction. We need a robust communicator with a stable track record and a passion for delivering high-quality projects. You should be an excellent team player with a solutions focussed, can-do attitude and a drive to succeed. Your ability to read plans and create detailed Excel spreadsheets is crucial to your success.
